Title: Chocolate Pie Categories: Pies Yield: 8 Servings 4 tb Cocoa 1 c Sugar 6 tb Flour 2 c Milk 3 Egg yolks; beaten 2 tb Butter 1 ds Salt 1 ts Vanilla Mix thoroughly sugar, flour, cocoa and salt. Add scalded milk. Cook in double boiler until thick and smooth. Add beaten egg yolks and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla and buster.
