Title: Chocolate Sheet Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Flour 2 c Sugar 2 Sticks margarine 1 c Water 3 1/2 tb Cocoa 2 Unbeaten eggs 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Salt 1 c Buttermilk 1 ts Vanilla ----------------------------------FROSTING---------------------------------- 1 Stick margarine 1/3 c Buttermilk 3 1/2 tb Cocoa 1 Box (1-lb) powdered sugar 1 ts Vanilla 1 c Nuts optional Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Put margarine, water, and cocoa in pan and bring to a boil. Pour over sugar and flour. Beat remaining ingredients together and mix well. Pour into a greased 11 by 16-inch cooky sheet. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Frosting: Boil margarine, cocoa, and buttermilk till slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from stove and add the one pound of powdered sugar.
