Title: Chocolate Snap Pie Categories: Pie Yield: 6 Servings 12 Chocolate snap cookies; -crushed 3 Egg whites 3/4 c Sugar 1 ts Baking powder 1 ts Vanilla 1/2 c Chopped nuts Whipped topping Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar, baking powder & vanilla. Fold in cookie crumbs & chopped nuts. Grease a large pie pan & spread the mixture in evenly. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes or until done. Cool.
