Title: Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting Categories: Frosting Yield: 1 Servings 2/3 pk (6-oz) Nestle Toll House -semi-sweet chocolate -morsels 3 tb Butter 1/3 c Sour cream 1/4 ts Vanilla extract 2 -(up to) 2 1/2 c Sifted confectioners' sugar Combine over hot (not boiling) water, Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels and butter. Stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth. Transfer to large bowl; cool 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and vanilla extract. Gradually add confectioners' sugar, beating until frosting is smooth and of spreading consistency. Frosts Chocolate Baum Torte (see recipe) or will frost 12 cupcakes. Makes about 1-1/2 cups frosting.
