Title: Chocolate Syrup Categories: Sauce Yield: 12 Servings 4 Squares unsweetened -chocolate 1 c Boiling water 1 c Sugar Melt 4 squares chocolate over hot water. Add 1 cup boiling water, and cook directly over low heat until thick and smooth, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup sugar and continue cooking for 3 or 4 minutes. Cool and store. Yield: 1-1/4 cups.
