Title: Chocolate Zuccchini Cake Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Flour 1 1/4 ts Baking powder and baking -soda 1/4 ts Cinnamon 4 Eggs 3 c Sugar 1 1/2 c Oil 3 Squares unsweetened -chochlate 1 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/2 ts Almond extract 3 c Grated zucchini 1 c Nuts 1/2 c Chopped dates Sift flour baking powder, baking soda salt and cinnamon. Set aside Beat eggs till frothy. Add sugar and oil. Then chocholate, vanilla and almond. Fold in dry ingredients. Add zuchinni, nuts and dates Pour into greased 10 inch tube pan.
