Title: Chocolate-Covered Beetles Categories: Candies, Childrens t, Halloween Yield: 24 Servings 6 oz Semisweet chocolate chips; -165 g 6 oz Butterscotch Chips - Bakers; -165 g 2 c Chow mein noodles; 500 ml 1/2 c Peanuts; 125 ml 2 c Miniature marshmallows; 500 -ml Miniature chocolate candies; -M&M's Cook chips in a meduium micro-wave safe bowl on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until smooth when stirred, stirring every minute. Add noodles and peanuts; mix lightly. Add marshmellows, stirring until completely cooked. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto waxed paper-lined tray. Add additional chow mein noodles to create legs (three on each side). Use miniature chocolate candies to create eyes. Refrigerate.
