2 c Cold milk
1/4 ts Peppermint extract
1 pk (4-serving size) JELL-O
-Chocolate Flavor Instant
-Pudding
6 dr Green food coloring
1 c Thawed COOL WHIP Whipped
-Topping
Crushed Peppermint candy
-garnish
COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
-garnish

POUR milk into medium bowl. Add peppermint extract and pudding mix. Beat
with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Gently stir food coloring into the whipped
topping. Layer pudding and whipped topping in 6 parfait glasses.

REFRIGERATE for 15 minutes. Garnish with additional whipped topping and
crushed peppermint candy, if desired.
