Title: Christmas Fudge Categories: Candy Yield: 24 Servings 1 1/2 c Chopped Brazil nuts 1 1/2 c Chopped walnuts 2 -(up to) 3 c Whole pecan halves 1 c Candied cherries 1 c Candied pineapple 3 c Sugar 1 c White corn syrup 1 1/2 c Heavy cream or evaporated -milk 1 ts Salt 1 ts Vanilla Place brazil nuts, walnuts, pecans, pineapples & cherries in a large bowl. Mix sugar, corn syrup, cream & salt in pan. Bring to a boil & cook to soft ball stage. Remove from heat & add vanilla. Beat & pour over fruit & nut mixture. Press into a long pan.
