Title: Chunky Ham Casserole

Yield: 6 Servings

1/2 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Chopped green pepper
1 tb Butter or margarine
1 c Milk
1 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
2 cn Chunky ham
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2 ts Salt
2 c Green noodles; cooked

Saute celery, onion & pepper in butter. Combine milk & cream cheese,
stirring until smooth. Add ham, 1/4 cup cheese, salt & noodles. Pour into a
1-1/2 quart casserole & top with another 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at
350 until bubbly. Serves 6.
