2 Beaten eggs
1 ts Safflower oil
1/2 c Chopped cilantro leaves
2 c Semolina flour

Blend eggs, oil, and cilantro together. Add the flour and slowly knead into
a soft dough. (add small amts of ice water if needed). Use machine, or hand
roll.
