Cinnamon Raisin Bread


Title: Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 pk Yeast
3 c Bread flour
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Cinnamon
1 tb Butter
1 1/4 c Warm milk
2/3 c Raisins

Put all the ingredients into the pan, select white bread and push start.

NOTE: Raisins may be added initially (they will be finely mixed throughout
the bread) or when the Auto Bakery "beeps" near the end of the second
mixing, (to remain whole).
