Title: Cinnamon Rolls Categories: Bread, Osg, Rolls Yield: 1 Servings Take required amount of dough, either for Parker House or Icebox rolls; roll sheet 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick; spread generously with melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll, cut in 1 inch slices. Place cut side down on a well buttered pan. Let rise in warm place until double in size. Bake in moderate oven, 375 F.
