Title: Cinnamon Wafers Categories: Bobbie's no, Cookies, Desserts, Southern li Yield: 78 Servings 2/3 c Butter or margarine; -softened 1 c Sugar 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1 Egg; slightly beaten 1 ts Vanilla extract 2 c All-purpose flour 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Milk Cream butter; gradually add sugar and cinnamon, beating unti light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla; beat well. Combine flour, baing powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beginning and ending with flour mixture; mix well after each addition. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets. Flatten with a fork; bake at 375 F. for 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. YIeld: 6 1/2 dozen.
