Title: Cinnamon-Lemon Yams Categories: Vegetables Yield: 6 Servings 2 16 oz. canned yams 1/4 c Butter, melted 2 tb Bottled lemon juice 1 ts Ground cinnamon 1/2 c Crumbled cornflakes Heat oven to 350 F.
