Davis" Source: Houston Chronicle Heat over to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine baking mix, raisins, milk, yogurt, and cinnamon. Mix to form a soft dough. Turn dough out onto surface dusted with baking mix and roll dough in baking mix to coat. Knead dough 5 times. Roll into a 10 x 6 inch rectangle. Cut crosswise into 10 1-inch strips.
