Title: Cinnamon-Salt Mix

2 tb Salt
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon

1. Heat salt in a dry skillet over medium-low heat. Stir or shake the pan
constantly until the salt begins to brown; then remove from heat.

2. Let cool slightly; then stir in cinnamon. Store in a tightly covered
jar.

VARIATIONS:

1. For the cinnamon, substitute 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice.

2. Add with the cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon sugar and a pinch of Fiye Spices.
