1 cn (#2) Shoepeg Corn; drained
1 cn (#2) Leseur Peas; drained
1 cn (Small) Tiny Limas; drained
1 cn (Small) Green Beans; drained
1 cn (Small) Mushrooms; drained
1 sm Green Pepper; chopped fine
1 sm Red Bell Pepper; chopped
-fine (Or Substitute
-Pimento)
1 md Purple Onion; sliced
2 Carrots; diced
2 Stalks Celery; diced
---Dressing---
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Oil
1/2 c Tarragon Vinegar

Heat sugar, oil and vinegar until sugar dissolves. Cool to room
temperature. Mix with vegetables and chill 24 hours before serving.

Serves 12 as appetizer. Travels well.
