Title: Clam Dip Categories: Appetizers, Seafood Yield: 1 Servings 1 Clove garlic 1 pk Cream cheese; 8 ounces 2 ts Lemon juice 1/2 ts Salt 1 ds Pepper 1 cn Minced clams; 7 1/2 ounces 3 tb Clam broth 1. Rub mixing bowl with garlic clove which has been cut in half. Place cream cheese in the bowl and cream until smooth. Gradually add the remaining ingredients, blending well.
