Clam Sauce
Title: Clam Sauce Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 cn Clams-drain and save liquid 1 Chopped onion Sliced mushrooms or 1 can of -mushrooms; (if can is -used-also use liquid) 1 ts Tarragon 3 Chopped cloves of garlic Wine; (white is best, but -most any will do) Half & Half and/or -Evaporated Milk Cornstarch From: Bulldogfla Cook onion in butter, add mushrooms, then clams and garlic. Pour wine in and let bubble a bit. Add liquid from clams(and mushrooms), let cook a bit. Add Half & Half(Evaporated Milk) as needed. Turn down heat to low.
