Title: Classic Mint Tabouli Salad

Yield: 8 Servings

1 c Fine bulgur, washed
2 c Chopped fresh parsley
1 c Chopped scallions
1/2 c Fresh mint, chopped
1/2 c Lemon juice
1 ts Allspice
1 pn Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 c Olive oil
6 Tomatoes, cut into small
-pieces
Lemon slices, for garnish
1 Head Romaine lettuce,
-washed, broken up

1. Soak bulgur in cold water for 3 hours

2. Drain bulgur; mix with remaining ingredients, except for lemon slices
and Romaine lettuce.

3. Arrange lettuce on a large salad platter. Scoop tabouli salad into the
center of the platter, on top of the lettuce. Garnish with lemon slices and
serve.
