Classic Mustard Vinaigrette
Title: Classic Mustard Vinaigrette Categories: Mustard, Salads dres, Charlotte's Yield: 16 Servings 2 tb Dijon mustard 1 Clove garlic; minced 1/2 c Extra-virgin olive oil 2 tb Red wine vinegar 2 ts Chopped parsley OR basil Salt and pepper; to taste Place the mustard, garlic, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Add the vinegar whisking constantly to make a smooth liquid. Add the freshly minced herbs, salt and pepper, and mix well.
