Classic Salsa
Title: Classic Salsa Categories: "sedona", Salsa, Relish, Chutney Yield: 8 Servings 2 c Chopped; peeled tomatoes 1 Celery stalk; diced 1 Onion; diced 1 Green pepper; diced 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 tb Vinegar 1 tb Sugar 1 Green chile; seeded and -chopped Combine all the ingredients and blend well. For a smoother texture use a food processor and blend till desired consistency. Chill overnight.Serve cold as a dip or an accompaniment with your favorite Mexican dishes.
