1 tb Finely minced onion
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
1/2 ts (+) caraway seeds

Bleand all ingredients until well mixed. Taste for seasoning. Pack into
small seving bowl -- cover w/ plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours b/4
