1 cn Kidney beans
1 Sweet red pepper; chopped
2 c Spinach or cabbage; chopped
2 Green onion; chopped
4 oz Feta cheese; cubed
1/4 c Parsley; fresh
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 tb Lemon juice
2 tb Vegetable oil

Mix oil, lemon juice and garlic. Pour over remaining ingredients and toss.
