Cocktail Chiffon Pie
Title: Cocktail Chiffon Pie Categories: None Yield: 8 Servings 1 pk (8 oz) fat-free cream cheese 1 Jell-o; (4 serv size) -sugar-free instant vanilla -pudding mix 2/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder 1 c Water 1 c Kool Whip Lite-divided 1 cn (16 oz) fruit cocktail; -packed in its own juice, -drained 1 Keebler; (6 oz) -graham-cracker crust In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add pudding mix, dry milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Fold in 1/2c Kool Whip. Add fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mixture into piecrust. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip. Serves 8 I have varied the flavors of pudding, fruit, crust; i've added coconut; sprinkled GrapeNuts on top or cinnamon; extracts...be creative!!!
