Cocktail Cream Puffs
Title: Cocktail Cream Puffs Categories: Appetizers Yield: 50 (a 1/2 c Butter 1 c Flour 4 Eggs 1 c Boiling water ----------------------------------FILLING---------------------------------- 2 tb Butter 1 c Pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c Chicken, cooked 1/4 ts Salt 3 oz Cream cheese 1/4 c Mayonnaise 1/4 ts Lemon peel Combine butter and boiling water in saucepan. Add flour and salt, boil about 2 minutes or until it forms a soft ball. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well. Drop teaspoonfuls of mixture onto greased baking sheet. Bake 20 - 22 minutes at 425 degrees. Cool on rack. Melt butter in skillet; add pecans and cook over low heat until brown. Cool and combine remaining ingredients. Use to fill cream puffs.
