Cocktail Meat Balls
Title: Cocktail Meat Balls Categories: Main dish, Meats, Appetizers, Microwave Yield: 10 Servings 1 1/2 lb Lean ground beef round 1 Egg 1/2 c Fine dry bread crumbs 1/2 c Water 12 oz Bottle chili sauce 6 oz Grape jelly 2 tb Lemon juice 1. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs and water. Mix until thoroughly blended. 2. In a deep, 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole combine chili sauce, grape jelly and lemon juice. 3. Shape meat mixture into balls the size of a walnut. Place in chili sauce mixture. 4 Heat, covered, in Microwave Oven 12 minutes. 5. Skim off any fat. Stir. 6.
