Title: Cocoa Rye Bread

Yield: 1 Servings

--1 1/2 lb loaf:
2 c Sourdough culture
1 c White bread flour
1/4 c Water
1 ts Salt
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Vegetable oil
1/4 c Cocoa
1 tb Caraway seed
2 ts Vital gluten
1 1/2 c Rye flour
1 1/2 c White bread flour
2/3 c Water; as needed

Knead the first ingredients for 5 minues in machine, allow to sit for 8
hours, add the following ingredients and start cycle using French or basic
white setting.
