Coconut Mochi
Title: Coconut Mochi Categories: Desserts Yield: 1 Servings 1 Box (1 lb) mochi flour (mochiko) 2 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Baking powder 1 cn Coconut milk 1 3/4 c Water 1 ts Vanilla (opt) Mix sugar, flour, and baking powder together (dry ingredients). Add all the liquid ingredients mix until smooth. Poor into a greased 9"X13" pan and cover with foil. Bake one hour at 350 degrees F.
