Title: Coconut Pie

1 c Angel flake coconut
1 1/4 c Sugar
1/2 Stick butter; melted
3 Eggs
1/2 c Buttermilk
1 ds Salt
1 ts Vanilla

Mix all ingredients together & pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 for
30 minutes or until lightly browned.
