Title: Coconut Piecrust

Yield: 1 Servings

2 tb Confectioner's sugar
1 tb Flour
2 c Coconut; grated
3 tb Butter; melted

Mix sugar and flour. Add coconut and mix. Blend in the melted butter. Pat
into a 8-9" pie pan. Bake in a 350 def F. oven for 8-10 minutes. Chill
before filling.
