Coconut-Pecan Frosting
Title: Coconut-Pecan Frosting Categories: Cakes, Desserts, Fillings & Yield: 1 Servings 1 Egg 1 cn (5oz) evaporated milk 2/3 c Sugar 1/4 c Butter or margarine 1 1/2 c Coconut 1/2 c Chopped pecans In a medium saucepan lightly beat 1 egg. Stir in evaporated milk, sugar, and butter or margarine. Cook and stir over medium heat about 12 minutes or till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in coconut and pecans.
