4 Whole jalapeno peppers --
Seeded
1 Whole Poblano peppers
10 Whole Roma tomatoes --
Peeled and sliced
1 Whole mint sprigs
2 tb Sugar
3 Cloves garlic -- minced

PLace all ingredints into stainless steel pot and cok over med het tiss
tomatoes are softened. Puree and return to heat and cook to desired
cosistacy is reached.
