1 Onion
2 tb Curry powder
1 ts Garam masala
1/2 c Heavy cream or fresh cream
3 tb Mayonnaise
1 Tart apple
White pepper

1. Grate apple or process.

2. Process onion to a cream

3. Stir together all the ingredients.
