Title: Cold Marinated Beef Slices Categories: Meats, Jaw, Salads Yield: 6 Servings 1/2 lb Cooked sirloin steak or Roast beef sliced in juliene Strips 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced and Separated into rings 3/4 ts Salt Dash of pepper 1 1/2 tb Lemon juice 1 c Sour cream Combine meat, onion rings, salt and pepper. Sprinkle lemon juice over and mix in sour cream. Chill. Serve in crystal dishes lined with leaf lettuce. Trim with strips of pimiento and green pepper. Top with ripe olives; tuck in lemon wedge.
