8 tb Vinegar
4 tb Dijon Or Dusseldorf Mustard
8 Egg Yolks; hard cooked
4 tb Cream
6 ts Sugar
8 tb Vegetable Oil

Combine the ingredients and use.

Yields 1 Cup.
