Title: Company Artichoke Frittata Categories: Appetizer Yield: 64 Servings 4 Eggs; beaten 1 md Onion; finely chopped 8 oz Sharp cheddar cheese; grated 6 Single saltine crackers; -finely crushed 3 Jars (6-oz) marinated -artichokes; drained and -finely chopped 1 ds Tabasco submitted by: tpogue@ids2.idsonline.com Combine ingredients; pour into buttered (I spray PAM) 8 inch baking dish. Bake at 325 for one hour. Cut into 1 inch squares; serve at hot or room temp. Good reheated in microwave.
