Title: Company Green Beans Categories: Vegetable, Sides Yield: 6 Servings 16 oz Frozen cut green beans 2 tb Dry white wine 2 sl Crisply cooked bacon, -crumbled 2 tb Butter or margarine 3/4 ts Seasoned salt or salt-free -herb seasoning blend 1 c Sargento Fancy Supreme -Shredded Monterey Jack -Cheese, divided 2 tb Toasted slivered almonds Cook green beans according to package directions; drain. Stir in wine, bacon, butter, seasoned salt and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Place in 1-1/2 quart casserole. Cover. Bake at 350°F 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese and the almonds on top. Cover. Bake 5 minutes more. 6 servings. Microwave: Place green beans and wine in 1-1/2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover. Microwave at HIGH 8 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking. Stir in bacon, butter, seasoned salt and 1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese. Cover. Microwave 5 minutes more or until green beans are cooked.
