Banana
Vanilla yogurt
Egg; (optional)

In blender (or processor), put peeled bananas, several tablespoons vanilla
yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring), approximately 1
cup milk. Blend until completely mixed. Optional: Add 1 egg and blend
again. Makes good breakfast drink or snack.
