Title: Conch Fritters

Yield: 1 Servings

2 lb Conch, ground
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 md Onion, chopped
2 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1 ts Baking powder
3 oz Tomato paste
3 c Self-rising flour

Mix the ground conch with green pepper, onion, salt, black pepper and
baking powder. Stir in the tomato paste and flour. Shape into balls and
spoon into hot oil. Fry until golden brown. Serve with cocktail sauce.
NOTE: I like to add 2 TSP. hot sauce to the batter. (The Orange Bowl
