2 ts Chili powder
2 ts Cumin
3 ts Paprika
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground red pepper
1/4 ts Black pepper
1 sm Onion, diced
2 c Water

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Good
