3 oz Pkg. Lime Gelatin Powder
1 c Boiling Water
1/2 c Cold Water
1 tb Vinegar
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 c Cabbage; shredded
1/2 c Carrots; shredded
1/2 c Celery; finely diced
1/3 c Raisins; (up To 1/2)

Dissolve geletin in boiling water. Stir in cold water and vinegar.
Gradually add geletin to mayonnaise, stirring until well blended. Chill
until slightly thickened. Fold in cabbage, carrots, celery and raisins.
Pour into dish or 1-quart mold. Chill until firm.
