Title: Confetti Pita Curls Categories: Cooking liv, Import Yield: 1 Servings 4 oz Low fat cream cheese; -softened 1/4 c Shredded carrots 2 tb Diced red pepper 2 tb Raisins 2 Pita pockets In a bowl, combine cream cheese, carrots, red pepper and raisins. Cut each pita in half horizontally and spread with some of the cream cheese mixture. Roll up and secure with a toothpick. Chill until firm. Slice pitas on the diagonal and serve.
