1 md Head green cabbage; shredded
2 md Carrots. grated
1 Green pepper finely diced
2 tb Onion; grated
2 c Mayonnaise
3/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c Cider vinegar
2 tb Celery seeds
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts White pepper

Mix vegetables in a bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in another. Mix
together and toss well. Cover and refrigerate 3-4 hours.
