Title: Corn and Walnut Cheese Spread

2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese; sofened
1/4 c Fresh lime juice
1 tb Cumin
1 ts Salt
1 ts Black pepper
1/2 ts Red pepper
1 cn (8-oz) whole kernel corn;
-drained
1 c Chopped walnuts
1 cn (4.5-oz) chopped green
-chiles; drained
4 Green onions; chopped

Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with
crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes. Yeild: 4
Cups
