8 oz Cream cheese
1/2 c Lime juice
1 tb Cumin
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Red pepper
8 oz Whole kernel corn; drained
1 c Walnuts; chopped
1 cn Green chili; drained
4 Scallions; chopped

Combine all ingredients, and refrigerate up to 8 hours. Serve with
crackers, or use as a stuffing for celery and cherry tomatoes.
