Corn Chowder
Title: Corn Chowder Categories: Soups &, Stews Yield: 5 Servings 4 sl Bacon; diced 1 sm Onion; chopped 3 c Milk 3 tb Flour 1 cn (17 oz.) corn; undrained 1/4 c Parsley; chopped 1/4 ts Pepper 1/4 ts Thyme To taste salt Saute bacon & onion inlareg saucepan over med. heat till cooked trhough. Combine 1/2 cup milk with flour and mix till smooth. Add to pan with remainin milk, parsley, corn, pepper,thyme and salt to taste. Bring to boil, stirring till thickened.
