1/2 c Diced salt pork or bacon
3 md Potatoes; peeled, diced
1/4 c Minced onion
2 c Water
1 cn (20-oz) cream style corn
2 ts Salt
1 ds Pepper
2 c Light cream; scalded

Cook pork over medium heat until brown. Add remaining ingredients except
cream. Cook until potatoes are tender. Stir in cream; heat but do not boil.
Serves 4.
