Corn Custard


Title: Corn Custard

Yield: 4 Servings

1 pt Corn; fresh or canned
1/2 lb Grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 c Milk
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 c Bread crumbs
1 tb Sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Stick butter

Mix all ingredients and place in casserole. Sprinkle additional bread
crumbs over surface and dot with butter. Bake in moderate oven for 60
minutes.
